Payment
We accept payment:-
PayPal:Payment must be received within 3 working days.
Credit or Debit card: By calling 01270 841877. or directly via HSBC on our web site
Bank Transfer: By request,
Postal Order or Cheque: Please allow 4-5 days for cheques to clear after receipt.. Cheques and postal orders must be received within 7 days.
Cash on Collection: by arrangement
PayPal eCheques: Please be aware that PayPal eCheques take 10 days to clear, we do not dispatch until notified of clearance by PayPal
All Prices include VAT where applicable.
Shipping
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate delivery method.
Royal Mail: We post small items using the Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post system to all areas of the UK including, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Northern Ireland and similar. We use Royal Mail Standard Parcels to deliver some items to the areas mentioned instead of couriers, however in that instance delivery time will be 3-5days. Please inquire if you are unsure. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate postage method.
Courier: Larger and more expensive items are forwarded using couriers on a next working day service. Our courier network only operates at standard rates on UK mainland including Scottish Highlands. Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White and Northern Ireland all attract additional charges, please E-mail or Telephone for details. Please note: our couriers have a 2 day service to some area's of Scotland, including the Scottish Highlands
We only ship outside UK if goods weigh less than 2kg
Terms&Conditions
Returns: Are accepted if item proves faulty&is returned to us within 7 days from receipt and we are notified of any fault within 48hrs of receipt. A replacement will be sent, if a replacement is not available then a full refund will follow. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return postage. Postage will be refunded on receipt of faulty goods. We reserve the right to make a restocking charge for the return of non-faulty goods or failed deliveries. Delivery and return charges will not be reimbursed. In some circumstances we will exchange goods as long as our postage costs are covered and goods are received in as new condition and in original packaging.
Feedback (eBay site only): Our feedback system automatically leaves feedback on receipt of yours. We always give negative feedback to non-paying bidders.
Stocking Policy: We carry stocks of over 600 items, occasionally we may have a run on stock or a delayed replenishment causing a shortage of a size, type or colour. We will always offer an alternative or a refund if we cannot fulfill your order within seven working days.
Refunds: Are made by the same method as the items concerned were originally paid for.
Tyre exchanges or returns cannot be accepted once tyres have been fitted to rims.
